For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for a Quality Professional in Projects for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with many development opportunities. This is initially a consulting assignment for about 8 months via Unik Resurs, with a very good possibility of extension. We apply continuous selection, which means that the assignment may be filled before the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

Do you want to work in a central role where quality, technology, and production meet? We are now looking for a Quality Professional in Projects for our Project Quality Team in Finspång.

About the Role

In the role of Quality Professional, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and following up on production quality activities in our factory in Finspång. You will be a key person in the projects and serve as the main contact for project quality within internal production. You will work closely with production, the project organization, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality requirements are met – and preferably exceeded.

Your Tasks

Be the main contact for project quality within internal production
Plan, coordinate, and prioritize quality activities on-site in the factory
Manage customer certifications in production and ensure high quality in deliveries
Collect, review, and follow up on quality documentation such as QRL, QCP, ICR, etc.
Ensure that quality standards and requirements are adhered to in projects and production

Your Profile

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

An engineering degree in mechanics, electrical engineering, power engineering, process engineering, or similar
Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing
2–5 years of work experience in a relevant field

It is an advantage if you have:

Experience or education related to the design, manufacturing, or operation of rotating machinery
Previous experience from a quality organization
